A Dundee home with “excellent development potential” was the most popular item on the TSPC website in November.

The price range of the ten most popular houses for sale on the property website last month was £135,000 to £330,000.

A TSPC spokeswoman stated that, while this time of year may feel quieter for sellers, there are still plenty of keen buyers on the market. As a result, nine out of ten homes are now for sale.

The top ten most popular TSPC properties in November were as follows:
