Crew for hit ITV show Unforgotten set up on Norfolk coast.

A film team has been sighted preparing to shoot a new series of a popular television show on the Norfolk coast.

An ITV crew working on the seventh season of the detective crime thriller Unforgotten has been spotted moving items into and out of a freshly built mobile house in Winterton.

Sanjeev Bhaskar stars as Detective Inspector Sunny Khan, while Irish actor Sinéad Keenan plays Detective Inspector Jessie James, Khan’s companion in crime solving.

The crew working on the next season has been tight-lipped about their filming intentions, however it is anticipated that filming will take place in Winterton and Great Yarmouth.

Winterton Beach Car Park has been closed to the public since Monday and will stay so until the end of Friday, February 27.

Production crews were seen arriving in Winterton in cars and vans, gathered around a mobile home that had arrived on site on Tuesday.

Numerous persons were seen entering and exiting the house with stuff.

It comes after the crew established their base of operations in Caister while filming at numerous spots along the coast.

Several trucks, vans, and cars have queued up in Caister Beach Car Park as the crew begins filming the next series.

The crew is using Caister’s car lot as a hub for production vehicles and crew amenities, although filming will not take place there.

The vehicle park is used for parking, food, and welfare services only.

Instead, filming is taking place further along the east Norfolk coast.

While filming is taking place, Caister Beach Car Park is partially blocked to the general public, however people who park behind their homes are permitted to do so.

Additionally, full access to the Caister Lifeboat Station is being maintained throughout the filming period.

Security staff are present on-site to assist with vehicle movements and emergency vehicle access is not being obstructed.
