Cerny ‘says yes’ to move
Former Rangers loanee Vaclav Cerny has also been linked with a move to the Super Lig this summer, with reports claiming the Czech winger was close to joining Besiktas.

Trabzonspor and West Ham United were both said to be interested in Cerny this summer, but Turkish outlet Fanatik now reports that The Black Eagles have won the race for his signature, with Cerny’ready to say yes’ to the move.
The Czech international is reportedly interested in the move, and the two clubs are currently negotiating a fee.
