Death of man and woman in Dundee flat ‘not suspicious’.

Emergency services were dispatched to Keats Place at the start of October. Police say the deaths of a man and a woman in a Dundee flat were not suspicious.

On October 1, emergency personnel were summoned to Keats Place after the bodies of a man and a woman were discovered inside a residence.

Witnesses described a massive emergency reaction at the location, which included police and paramedics. Officers stayed at the block of flats the next morning, and detectives were seen leaving.

Following a post-mortem, police say the deaths are not being investigated as suspicious. Their ages have not been confirmed.

A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: “Around 2.30pm on Wednesday, October 1, the bodies of a man and a woman were discovered within a house on Keats Place in Dundee.

“After a post-mortem, the deaths are not being investigated as suspicious. “Reports have been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.” The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were also dispatched to the area.

A spokeswoman added: “We were notified of an incident at 3.08pm on Wednesday, October 1 at a residence in Keats Place, Dundee.

“Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances and specialist resources to the area where firefighters assisted emergency service partners before leaving the scene.”
