Aberdeen road locked down by police as man found injured and rushed to hospital.

Following a late-night incident in Aberdeen’s city centre yesterday, a street remains taped off today.
The incident occurred just before midnight, around 11.55pm on Friday (August 22). Commercial Street.

The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time. Officers continued to cordon off the area this morning, with access to Regent Quay completely blocked.
Police Scotland confirmed that investigations into the incident are still ongoing to “establish the full circumstances”.
A police spokesperson stated: “Around 11.55 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025, we received a report of a man found injured on Commerce Street in Aberdeen.
“Emergency services responded, and the man was transported to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment. “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
