The Liverpool manager is cautious about playing Leeds at Elland Road this weekend because his club has been a shell of the team that won the league the previous season.
“We find Leeds United and their style challenging,” said Arne Slot, manager of Liverpool.

“Leeds used a low block to halt chances after being extremely aggressive in one-on-one play. That style is challenging for us and many other teams.
“We witnessed them recovering from a two-point deficit against Man City. Leeds were really strong against Chelsea, and Foden’s moment of brilliance made the difference.
“What we have encountered in numerous other games is what to anticipate.”
Can Leeds benefit from this?
Liverpool’s team lacks confidence and is in a precarious situation. On Saturday, the Reds might be destroyed by a tight defense and a crowded Elland Road.
Daniel Farke would like to use the 5-3-2 once more. That might, however, rely on a few important players’ availability on Saturday night.
