Bar’s opening party set to breathe new life into empty Edinburgh pub.
The inauguration of a new cocktail bar is poised to revitalise an empty Edinburgh pub space.
The Oak & Ember will open in the Bowhill Terrace bar formerly known as The Golden Acre, The Inverleith and Spiers Bar.
To commemorate the milestone, an opening party will be held beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, February 20, with free food and games for all attendees.
Erin Rodger, who will handle the pub, told the Evening News: “It’s very exciting to be opening this week, and I believe it will be excellent for the local community because there aren’t many bars in the region.
It’s a terrific place for folks to get together and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
The bar will feature a variety of beverages and beers on draft, as well as a menu of pizzas and side dishes.
However, Erin stated that they intend to build the menu in the following months.
Final preparations for the big night are now underway, and a new sign will be built in the coming days.
The proprietors wrote on social media, “We’re finally opening our doors.” Come celebrate with us as we bring bold cuisines, warm vibes, and amazing experiences to the table.
