A body was discovered outside Heart of Midlothian Football Club’s stadium in Edinburgh.

At approximately 06:30 on Sunday, emergency personnel were dispatched to Tynecastle Park in Gorgie’s Wheatfield Place after the guy was discovered unresponsive.

He was pronounced dead on the scene. His death is being investigated as unexplained by police.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman stated: “A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal in due course.”
