Broughty Ferry woman, 90, found after major missing person search.

On Thursday, a police aircraft and two lifeboats were dispatched to aid with the search for Annie Traynor.

A 90-year-old Broughty Ferry woman who had been reported missing has been located following a massive search.

Police launched an appeal for aid in finding Annie Traynor, who was last seen around 1 a.m. on Seafield Road.

Her disappearance sparked a massive search that included a police helicopter, the coastguard, and two lifeboats.

However, just before 8.30 a.m. on Thursday, police stated that Ms Traynor had been located.

Officers praised members of the public for their assistance.
