Chain of hardware shops to close.
A chain of hardware stores has announced its closure. Coopers said on its website that its branches in Suffolk and Norfolk would close on Saturday at 15:00 BST.
The company, which has its headquarters in Worlingham, near Beccles, was established in 1938 as a business in Great Yarmouth.
Stores have been open at Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth, Harleston, Leiston, and Framlingham.

Coopers announced on its website that it would hold a half-price discount in stores until Saturday’s closing.
It’s uncertain whether the company will continue to operate online. It has been approached for a comment.
