Dundee defensive options bolstered as key duo step up fitness.

The huge French defender has missed the last three games, but he will improve manager Steven Pressley’s defensive options for the weekend’s trip to league leaders Hearts.
The Dark Blues are also trying to bring talisman Simon Murray and midfield lynchpin Paul Digby up to speed at Tynecastle.
Murray has been playing despite not being totally healthy, and Digby has been out for several weeks due to a calf injury.
Improving fitnes
“We played Digby against Celtic but he had no game time behind him,” Pressley told ESPN.
“He performed an amazing job. “Then, after 65 minutes over the weekend, he appeared to have completed his course. We aim to strengthen him further this week.
“It’s the same for Simon. “Simon is behind because he has missed so many training sessions and games. “This is another week where we can put more effort into them.
Billy Koumetio also returns. “After a week of training, he’ll be in a better place. “At present, we have a lot of players who are training but we just need to improve their fitness.”
However, Dundee will be without Yan Dhanda in their match against Premiership leaders Hearts. The loan player is unable to play against his parent club.
