A Southampton-based logistics company is set to relocate to a small business park near Ipswich.
Ecommerce Supply Chain Limited excels in unloading and transporting goods containers from dockyards to fulfilment facilities.
It has signed a 15-year lease for two distribution/warehouse buildings of roughly 67,000ft sq (6,222m sq) at Claydon Business Park, near the A14 and A12.
Penn Commercial secured the letting of the two units on behalf of long-time client Edward Le Bas Properties Ltd.The condos have 48 parking places and a “generous” garden.
The organisation offers warehouse and trucking services. Penn Commercial associate surveyor Shaun Collins stated, “We are thrilled to have been able to secure convenient, modern warehouse accommodation for Ecommerce Supply Chain Limited, which is ideally placed near the A14 and A12.
“Claydon Business Park is home to a dynamic business community, and we are sure that Ecommerce Supply Chain Limited will find it the ideal location in which to continue to grow their company.”
