Edgware restaurant Melissa named among UK’s best kebab houses.
The Observer Magazine has named a renowned Turkish restaurant in Edgware as one of the best kebab places in the UK.
Melissa, located on Station Parade in Whitchurch Lane near Canons Park Station, was named the “Best Turkish” alternative in a story by food writer Yasmin Khan, which was published on Sunday, September 7.

The magazine article about the cultural significance of kebabs in the UK featured a list of top five places to visit. Melissa was the only north London eatery that made the list.
Melissa now has a location in Harrow Town Centre, where it serves a variety of classic Turkish meals, including its signature kebabs.

Melissa was complimented by The Observer for its food quality, ranking it alongside other specialist restaurants in London and Leeds.
