Nottingham Forest attacker Igor Jesus is drawing interest from prominent clubs throughout Europe ahead of the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider sources.
The 25-year-old’s failures in league action this season have turned off the Premier League’s elite, but his performances in the Europa League have sparked interest from clubs around Europe.
Nottingham Forest are confident of keeping the frontman for another season if they avoid relegation, but insiders believe he will be part of a “fire sale” at the City Ground if they drop into the Championship.
Jesus is now the leading scorer in the Europa League, with seven goals in eight games this season, and he is one of many players who could be sold by Nottingham Forest at the end of the season.

Keith Wyness, former Everton and Aston Villa chief executive, told Football Insider earlier this week that Edu Gaspar could depart Forest before the conclusion of the season due to recent disagreements with owner Evangelos Marinakis.
The Reds’ Global Head of Football has been a divisive character since his arrival at the City Ground in the summer of 2025, with the former Arsenal manager having a vital role in several moves that the crowd fiercely opposed.
Wyness revealed that there is a sense that the Brazilian has been “marginalised” by some of the recent managerial moves at the East Midlands club, who are now on their fourth permanent manager of the season.
He said that there is a “personality conflict” between Edu and Marinakis, and that there is a good probability he would quit the club before the end of the season.
The Scottish businessman pointed out that Forest would then have time to start planning for their replacement, ensuring that they could schedule an appointment at the beginning of the summer.
Fenerbahce to be forced behind closed doors after City Ground scenes
Keith Hackett, the former PGMOL chief and FIFA referee, told Football Insider last week that Fenerbahce fans should face a three-match punishment for causing damage to the City Ground during the previous encounter.
Photos uploaded on social media following the game revealed big parts of seats taken out at the Bridgford End of the stadium, and the Turkish team may face repercussions as a result of their fans’ actions.
Hackett urged that Fenerbahce supporters be barred from attending the club’s next three away games in UEFA tournaments, and that the European governing body levy a fee as an additional consequence.
The travelling fans also utilised pyrotechnics on multiple times inside the stadium, which could result in additional penalty on the side.
