Four fire engines tackle afternoon blaze at Hartlepool home.
Yesterday, a fire that started in the afternoon severely damaged a house in the town’s Owton Manor neighbourhood.
On Wednesday, March 25, just before 3 p.m., a fire broke out at a Hartlepool property on Lindsay Road.
The fire took over three hours to put out after four fire engines from Hartlepool, Billingham, and Saltburn were dispatched to the residential area.
“Two breathing apparatus, three hose reels, and three 45 millimetre jets were used,” the Cleveland Fire Brigade stated in a statement. “The entire property was completely destroyed by fire.”
“One hundred percent fire damage to the whole property.”
