Grumpy Goose café in East Croydon to open on March 12.
A new café will open its doors in East Croydon next week. Grumpy Goose, which opens at 4 Dingwall Road on Thursday, March 12, will serve customers from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The café is created with commuters in mind, with quick takeout alternatives and a menu that prioritises excellent food.
Grumpy Goose’s Instagram post read: “We’ll be serving fantastic coffee (as always) and our greatest grab & go snacks throughout the day.
“Pop in before work, swing by on your lunch break, or bring a friend and come and see your new local spot.”
The original Grumpy Goose café opened on Brighton Road in Coulsdon, a 10-minute walk from Coulsdon South and Town Stations.
Lewis, dubbed the “head Goose,” has Michelin-star chef experience and is committed to offering high-quality meals without needless frills or pricing.
The new Croydon location promises “proper plates and brilliant brews,” made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The café touts itself as a place where clients can arrive “hangry” but depart satisfied and fed. The café will open on March 12 and operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
