King’s Lynn suspected drink driver caught behind wheel AGAIN

King’s Lynn suspected drink driver caught behind wheel AGAIN.

A suspected drunk driver was nabbed behind the wheel for the THIRD time in less than two years.

Oghenetega Osiavwerha, 34, was already on trial when police stopped him again in King’s Lynn on November 16. Officers told Norwich Magistrates’ Court that he was over the limit after slurring his words, appearing glaze-eyed, and smelling strongly of alcohol.

Prosecutor Jospehine Jones claimed he failed a partial roadside breath test but later declined to take a test at the police station.

Osiavwerha, of Newlands Avenue in North Lynn, has pleaded not guilty to failing to submit a specimen. Bail terms prohibit him from sitting in the front seat of any car after his case was adjourned until December 4.

It was his third court appearance in the last two years for drink-driving charges.

He was suspended for 16 months for alcohol driving last year after being nabbed while going grocery shopping in the early morning.

He is also scheduled to face trial in March next year on a related accusation of failing to submit a specimen.
