Kris Boyd names the only Rangers positive amid tumultuous start to season.
The Ibrox striking legend understands that there hasn’t been much to scream about this season.
Kris Boyd insists that Findlay Curtis’ breakthrough has been a bright spot in Rangers’ otherwise disappointing start to the season.
Russell Martin, the new Ibrox manager, is still looking for his first Scottish Premiership win after having the poorest start of any permanent Light Blues manager.
Rangers are out of the Champions League, sit seventh in the league table, and a loss against Hearts on Saturday would put them nine points below the Jambos after only five games.
Boyd recognises that there has been little to celebrate in Govan, but concedes that Curtis has provided one bright spot.
The Academy youth scored three goals in eight games, and Boyd told Best New Bingo Sites: “It’s incredible to see a young kid like Findlay Curtis get a shot with the first team, and he’s seized the opportunity with both hands.
“The Rangers have a fantastic academy full of talent, and it’s terrific to see kids getting the opportunity to practice with and learn from the first team.
Findlay is a player who clearly works really hard and is being rewarded for his efforts.
