Major city centre road in Edinburgh remains closed following burst water pipe.
The Mound in Edinburgh remains blocked following a water pipe burst over the weekend.
Roadworks is still proceeding, but the majority of repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day. It is unknown when the road will reopen for traffic.

Edinburgh Travel News, which is managed by the City of Edinburgh Council, reported:
“We’ve been informed that The Mound will be closed for the remainder of today [Tuesday, November 25] and tomorrow morning.
Unfortunately, the reinstatement work has been delayed and is expected to be finished this morning. The council’s travel news staff will provide further updates.
