Man arrested at Luton Airport for joking about having ‘bomb in bag’.

A man was barred from flying with Wizz Air after making a joke about having a bomb while checking in at Luton Airport.

Police were called to the airport, and he was arrested for wasting their time.

The officers stated, “He says he thinks it was a joke, but we didn’t find it funny!” Despite the fact that he had nothing on him, the officers stated, “…this is not acceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated.”
