Norfolk man guilty of raping teenage girl twice in a year.
A Norfolk man found guilty of raping a teenage girl twice in barely over a year will be jailed later this month.
Stephen Palmer was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on September 1, 2023 and December 4, 2024.
The 39-year-old was also charged with three counts of sexual action with the same girl (who cannot be identified for legal reasons) on December 4 of last year, as well as instigating or inciting her to engage in sexual activity on the same day.
Palmer, of School Road, Heacham, near King’s Lynn, was convicted guilty of all six charges during a June trial at Norwich Crown Court.
He was scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, September 8, but he could not be reached via the jail videolink.
Judge Katharine Moore postponed sentencing until September 22.
