Norwich substance attack teen to answer police bail.
This month, a kid arrested after an unknown substance was sprayed in the face of a group of lads in Norwich will answer bail.
The boy was one of two teenagers seized after police responded to allegations of three boys being sprayed on Rouen Road.
At its peak, three police cars, three ambulances, and three fire engines were on the scene after the incident on July 30 at around 3.25pm.

The two teenagers arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm were taken to the Wymondham Police Investigation Centre (PIC) for interrogation.
According to a Norfolk Constabulary spokesman, the adolescent has been released on bail until Wednesday (October 15), while the second juvenile is scheduled to appear in court on December 12.

Rouen Road was closed from the top to the Halfords junction for approximately an hour before reopening at 4.25pm.
The three patients were brought to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment of their “swollen eyes”.
