Predicted Manchester United line-up to face Nottingham Forest, Ruben Amorim makes one change

When Manchester United visits Nottingham Forest this weekend, they have a fantastic chance to win four straight games.

Ruben Amorim was beaming when he arrived to Carrington earlier this week. It was evident that his shoulders were relieved of some of the strain.

United must win football games in order for that to continue. Amorim named three important individuals in his warning about Forest’s threat, but he doesn’t want his players to underestimate the difficulty of the task at hand.

It won’t be simple since Sean Dyche, the recently hired manager of Forest, will be doing everything in his power to make things difficult for United.

Amorim must decide whether to make any changes or remain with the squad that defeated Brighton 4–2 last weekend. One lineup change is anticipated by United In Focus.

Manchester United huddle

How Manchester United might be arranged to play Brighton

There are only two United players missing, so Amorim will have a great selection on Saturday.

This is our suggested lineup in the 3-4-2-1 configuration.

Goalie

With three outstanding performances to date, Senne Lammens has established himself as the new number one and taken ownership of the post. This season, the teenage goalie is aiming for his second clean sheet.

Defense

Due to Harry Maguire’s continued uncertainty, the back three will not alter. Thus, Leny Yoro will continue to play with Mattijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw. Building on his impressive weekly performances, the Dutch center-back is starting to rank among the first names on the team sheet.

Madi Diallo and Diogo Dalot will play either wing-back.

The midfield

Amorim has made it plain who his favorites are, therefore the midfield will stay the same. In contrast to Bruno Fernandes, who is the team’s lucky charm, Casemiro is the preferred defensive option over Manuel Ugarte.

Mason Mount and Bryan Mbeumo will fill the two number 10 positions. After being benched due to a slight knock last weekend, the latter may make a comeback to the starting lineup. The England international’s enthusiasm for the team is something Amorim greatly admires.

Attacker

With Mount starting, Matheus Cunha gets the nod up front, and Benjamin Sesko might be named on the bench for this one. We wouldn’t be shocked if Amorim changed things around during the season based on the opponent and the situation.
