QPR fall short in attempt to capture Edwards

QPR fall short in attempt to capture Edwards.

QPR were unable to reach an agreement to bring Ronnie Edwards back to the club in the final hours of the transfer window.

Since then, Rangers have been plotting a move for Edwards, who is eager to return to Loftus Road.

Throughout the summer, all parties expected an agreement on Edwards to be achieved late in the window.

Southampton recently turned down an offer from the R’s, and despite ongoing negotiations ahead of the 7 p.m. transfer deadline, the clubs were unable to reach an agreement.
