QPR to receive news on Dunne and Poku

QPR to receive news on Dunne and Poku.

This morning, QPR will receive updates on Jimmy Dunne and Kwame Poku.

Both players were evaluated this week to determine the severity of their respective injuries.

Captain Dunne missed Rangers’ first Championship match of the season, against Preston, due to a worrying hip problem.

Summer signings Poku made his debut in the 1-1 draw and was substituted during the second half.

Striker Michael Frey has also been unavailable, and Jake Clarke-Salter has been absent for an extended period of time.

West London Sport announced this week that left-back Ziyad Larkeche will miss the majority, if not all, of the season after sustaining anterior cruciate ligament damage. The club confirmed the news on Thursday.

Larkeche, who was expected to start for Rangers, suffered a knee injury before the Preston game. Rangers are away to Watford on Saturday.
