Seven charged after drugs worth £1.7m found in Aberdeen.
Seven men have been charged after drugs worth more than £1.7 million were found in Aberdeen’s city centre.
Police Scotland said on Friday that a cannabis cultivation worth more than £1.3 million was discovered in a property on Dee Street. It is believed to have taken place in a former nightclub.
Four men, one aged 30, two aged 35, and one aged 40, were charged in relation to the discovery.
Another cannabis cultivation with an estimated street value of £419,000 was discovered on Union Street on Monday.
Three men, ages 21, 35, and 36, were charged.

Police said the three men detained in connection with Monday’s seizure were scheduled to appear in Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
On Monday, the four people being held in connection with Friday’s recovery appeared in court.
