Southampton reject offer from QPR for Edwards.

QPR has made a bid for Ronnie Edwards, which Southampton has rejected.

The England Under-21 defender spent the second half of last season on loan with Rangers.

He was quite excellent, and the club is looking to bring him back to Loftus Road on a permanent basis.

Edwards, 22, made 21 appearances for QPR last season and has three this season for Southampton, who signed him from Peterborough last summer.
