Sunderland and Crystal Palace considering signing Girona player – Both have received positive reports
In regards to recruiting Viktor Tsygankov, Sunderland and Crystal Palace are thinking about getting in touch with Girona.
Last season, Tsygankov made 32 appearances for Girona, mostly as a right winger, and finished with two goals and five assists. In October, the 27-year-old sustained a hamstring injury that hampered his progress.
Positive scouting reports on the Ukrainian international have been sent to Sunderland and Crystal Palace, according to the local newspaper, Diari de Girona.

In order to invest the money they have received, Girona has “opened the exit door” for important players to depart.
As of right now, neither Sunderland nor Crystal Palace have been in touch with Girona, and their interest is merely that.
The Black Cats recently acquired Chemsdine Talbi, who plays in the same position as the Ukrainian, from Club Brugge for about £17 million, despite Sunderland’s interest in Tsygankov.
Tsygankov’s contract has a €30 million release clause and expires in June 2027. Although the exact amount has not been disclosed, Girona is prepared to set a price tag that is less than the release clause.
