Three suspects arrested following Hartlepool Police drugs raid in Marlborough Street.
The Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team found suspected class A drugs, cash, mobile phones, and a huge amount of suspected stolen goods after obtaining a warrant to search a residence on Hartlepool’s Marlborough Street on Saturday morning.
A 59-year-old male, a 32-year-old woman, and a 19-year-old woman were detained on suspicion of dealing in stolen goods and possessing class A drugs with the intent to supply.
They remained in detention on Saturday as investigations proceeded.
A representative for the Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team stated, “We have taken effective action following receiving concerns from the local community regarding drug peddling and associated criminality in the area.

“We are treating this wrongdoing seriously, and I would like to encourage individuals to come forward and report any illegal activity in their neighbourhood.
“Thanks to intelligence from the public, we have seized cash, suspected drugs and stolen goods.
“Information from the public continues to play a vital role in the success of the work we conduct and we would urge anyone who knows anything that could assist us to get in touch via 101 or online at or anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
