Three juveniles were arrested as part of a guns investigation.
Cleveland Police stated on Monday night that “a police presence will remain at the scene” while investigations in Lime Crescent, Hartlepool, are ongoing.
The force stated in a statement: “Three teenagers were held when officers responded to Lime Crescent in Hartlepool at around 4.35pm on Monday, February 16th, to try an arrest.
“Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old were detained on charges of affray and handgun possession.

“The 16-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary in connection with a separate incident.”
“A police presence will remain at the scene whilst our investigations continue but officers are not looking for anyone else.”
