Trespass on Westgate Street will close on Saturday, October 18, with the building up for sale for £320,000. Whybrow & Dodds, an estate agent, has advertised the building at 41-43 Westgate Street for sale before the store closes.

The property, located between German Doner Kebab and Franklins, has three levels, a double frontage facing the street, with space for both stock and staff amenities throughout.
