Two casualties require medical treatment after collision between motorbike and car closes Hartlepool’s Masefield Road.
Two people required medical attention following a “serious road traffic collision” between a motorbike and a car.
Masefield Road in Hartlepool was closed for around an hour and a half between its junctions with Burns Avenue and Marlowe Road following the incident on Monday, November 17, at around 1.40pm.
Cleveland Fire Brigade stated that “two casualties were given first aid by fire brigade personnel” before being put in the care of ambulance staff.
The brigade dispatched two appliances to help the firefighters make the area safe before departing at 3.12pm.
Cleveland Police, which classified the incident as a “serious road traffic collision,” and the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) have been contacted for more information.
