West Ham have reportedly reached a decision on Graham Potter’s likely dismissal, citing links to former Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo and Slaven Bilic.
The Hammers are in the Premier League relegation zone following a disastrous start to the season, and they have also been eliminated from the Carabao Cup after losing in the second round to Wolves.
West Ham interested in Nuno and Bilic
Last week, speculations surfaced that West Ham had made touch with former Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo and former Hammers manager Slaven Bilic.
Nuno, who left Forest this month owing to a breakdown in his working relationship with owner Evangelos Marinakis, is expected to return to the Premier League soon.
Potter’s stay of execution won’t last long
According to the TBR report, West Ham owner David Sullivan will consult with the club’s management in the coming weeks to determine their future steps. Potter’s destiny at London Stadium is practically sealed, as he will only stay until the club finds a replacement for him.
