What Dan Ndoye said after storming out of friendly could be brilliant news for Nottingham Forest
After Anthony Elanga left for Newcastle, Nottingham Forest is looking to add wingers, and Dan Ndoye appears to be their primary target at the moment.
Following Ndoye’s approval of Forest, talks between the Reds and Bologna are still going on as the teams attempt to come to an agreement.
Forest is shocked by Elanga’s move to Newcastle, and with the new season less than a month away, it is hoped that the wait for a successor won’t be too long.
The Reds will now await word on any possible injuries after Ndoye was hurt in a preseason game on Sunday after a forceful tackle just 20 seconds into the match.
Dan Ndoye’s remarks following his injury for Bologna
Although it seems like Ndoye will be alright after leaving the field on his own, it is truly unfortunate that he sustained this injury.
Ndoye might be a very helpful addition to Forest, since he finished the 2024–25 season with nine goals and six assists.
Tutto Mercato Web has stated that when Ndoye stormed off the field, expressing his displeasure with the challenge he was on the losing end of, he said, “I’m done here.”
Ndoye will now need to wait for the injury’s potential prognosis, and it is hoped that he will recover swiftly and eventually relocate to Forest.
