Person injured after crash involving car and cyclist in Blackburn.

A person was hurt in an accident in Blackburn today (September 9). The incident on the A666 on Bolton Road occurred around 4.30pm and involved a car and a cyclist.

According to AA Traffic and Travel, the incident closed the road in both directions at Chadwick Street, causing traffic delays. A police official stated, “It was a minor injury collision between a car and a cyclist.

It arrived into us at 4.24 p.m.”At the time, an AA Traffic and Travel spokeswoman stated that the A666 in Blackburn is partially stopped and traffic is sluggish as a result of a crash on the Bolton Road.

According to AA Traffic and Travel, Chadwick Street is completely stopped in both directions.
