Southend man charged with concealing criminal property.

A MAN from Southend has appeared in court, accused of taking part in an operation that allowed him and two other defendants to profit hundreds of thousands of pounds from building projects.

Lee Kelly, of Norwich Close, Southend, appeared before Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, with Simon O’Donoghue, 24, and Ilene Doherty, 26, to face charges of concealing illicit property and fraud.
