The £50 million striker is eager to move to Elland Road and is aware of Leeds’ interest.

Rodrigo Muniz, a striker for Fulham, is eager to sign with Leeds United this summer, according to TBR Football.

Rodrigo Muniz of Fulham has been close to the top of Leeds’ list of strikers in the Premier League as the team searches for a new player.

After Leeds’ friendly with Manchester United in the preseason, Daniel Farke declared that Patrick Bamford could quit the team.

Joel Piroe shown that he is still a viable option in the Premier League, and Lukas Nmecha showed promise in the 0-0 draw with Ruben Amorim’s club.

Leeds, however, are aware that they need a new goal scorer, and Muniz has shown himself at Craven Cottage over the past 18 months or so.

Although Rodrigo Muniz is content at Fulham, Leeds could tempt him.

However, Graeme Bailey, the chief correspondent for TBR Football, thinks Muniz would be open to relocating to Elland Road this summer.

For their part, Fulham has declared that they are in negotiations with the Brazilian striker regarding a new deal and are not seeking to sell.

Given that Muniz has scored 26 goals in 97 games in west London, Fulham is optimistic that they will soon be able to come to an agreement with his team.

Muniz has an option in his current deal that may prolong his stay until 2027, so Fulham doesn’t need to sell him either.

Leeds wants to sign the 24-year-old because of his significant improvement over the previous two seasons.

Muniz is rather forthright about his intentions regarding his future; he wants to stay at Fulham, but that is subject to a new contract.

Muniz is also aware of Leeds’ interest, and the former Flamengo player, who finished the previous season with eight Premier League goals, might be lured in by a transfer.

Leeds wants to acquire a striker prior to Mateo Joseph’s sale.

Mateo Joseph and young Harry Gray, who are both eager for opportunities, are part of Leeds’ entire striker department.

Joseph is still scheduled to leave Leeds this summer, according to a recent report from TBR Football.

However, Farke’s team would rather have a new number nine in place before moving the Spaniard, so Leeds do not need to trade Joseph in order to acquire a new striker.

Joseph would generate a significant amount of PSR headroom if he sold for the appropriate price. Even though Leeds would like to pursue Muniz further, they are unwilling to fall short at the top.

Nevertheless, other reports suggest that Fulham may demand up to £50 million for Muniz this summer—a hefty fee for a young striker.
