Moyes Boys Coup as Everton Snatch up Unlikely West Ham Target

It appears that the transfer rumors involving a certain Jack Grealish have been somewhat eclipsed by West Ham’s alleged interest in one aging winger, Raheem Sterling.

The Hammers have been linked to both players, who are unwelcome wide men at major teams. But now it looks like Everton might be ready to make a move for the low-socked, hair-banded version.

I wouldn’t automatically link Grealish with David Moyes, the manager of the Toffees. According to rumors, Everton and Manchester City are negotiating a season-long loan agreement for the former £100 million player.

Claret and Hugh were informed two weeks earlier that neither the board nor any of the agents or management at West Ham had any interest in Grealish. That seems to entirely rule out the Irons.

Sterling is also apparently out of the running because ExWHUEmployee has now verified that West Ham is not looking for a winger at all. Based on how fans responded to yesterday’s story, there was no significant loss.

The reasoning for that choice is made much more evident by reports that Crysencio Summerville will shortly rejoin the team.

The club is planning to budget for a goalie and midfielder to arrive before the window closes, according to sources who spoke to Claret & Hugh today.

Even though Jack and Moyesie still seem like a strange combination, it appears like David Moyes and Everton had a clear run at Grealish after all.
