Grove Road building to be converted back to residential home.

A former city financial services building is being converted back into a residential property. K2 Financial Services previously occupied the building on Grove Road near Tesco Express.

However, the building’s owner, Adam Clayton, is converting the site back to residential use after K2 relocated to Unthank Road.

The site plans for the former commercial building's conversion

The application submitted to Norwich City Council states: “This is to convert the commercial building back into a residential dwelling house by updating and renovating the interior.

The front and back garden spaces will be updated to match those on the same row of houses.

The building is located in Grove Road, next to Nourish Cafe and Tesco Express

The building is next to Nourish Cafe, which owner Emma Risby announced in June that she was selling to spend more time with her young family.

Once approved by the council, work on converting the building must begin within three years.
