The Anglia in Bloom judges applauded Dunstable for its stunning planting displays throughout the town, which included some new concepts and effective use of plants to attract and sustain wildlife.

They emphasised that there is considerable community participation and support from enthusiastic volunteers and local businesses who work throughout the year to improve and enhance Dunstable. Dunstable should be proud of its hard work and achievements.

This accolade recognises both the quality of our planted environment and Woodside’s function as a 96-acre business cluster that employs over 1,000 locals.

Our estate team, local volunteers, Dunstable Town Council, and the committed Dunstable in Bloom team have all contributed to this remarkable communal achievement.

This prize demonstrates that industrial estates can be both economic engines and great green places, establishing a standard of excellence.”
