Dear Roker Report,
As 2025 comes to a conclusion, what a year it has been! Sunderland has had memorable moments and tremendous atmospheres – who can forget Dan Ballard versus Coventry, Tommy Watson at Wembley, and the celebrations?
West Ham is off to a good start in the Premier League, with three points, a clean sheet, and momentum.
The momentum continues, and the next game is at home against Newcastle, where a win will bring 2025 to a close.
Let’s play “Til the End”, crank up the volume, and enjoy Sunday like it’s 2025.
Dear Roker Report,
Don’t panic! We’re still new to this league, and each game is a learning experience.
Man City are a fantastic team, and it was always going to be a difficult afternoon, especially with Arsenal losing and giving them a huge advantage.
Of course, this is disappointing, but we will witness a lot better team performance when we play the Skunks.
I still have the same thought I had before the season began: forty points and avoid relegation (of course!).
John Robson
I don’t understand why certain people are so preoccupied with this or that person starting a match.
It makes no difference to me if the Lads get a result.
In this day and age, it’s a squad game, therefore it doesn’t matter who begins; we should trust the manager.
Michael
