An attacker from Sheffield United might join a Scottish team.
According to The Star, Sheffield United winger Jefferson Cacares may sign for Dunfermline Athletic.

Certain technological elements need to be improved. But occasionally during the game, especially after we’ve tied the score, we can take advantage of that to score the second goal and change the course of the match.
We didn’t; they did, and their third goal had a significant effect on the match. We also conceded the fourth goal too soon. Many things could be done better, and everyone’s performance, including mine, is inadequate.
The latest information about Jefferson Cacares from Sheffield United Cacares’ future must be decided by Sheffield United.
His contract with SUFC expires in June 2027.

The native of Lima went on to play 39 games and score eight goals for FCB Melgar. While in South America to obtain experience, he was also loaned to Deportivo Binacional.
