Teenage boy and girl arrested on suspicion of murder after Luton stabbing.

Two teens have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the stabbing of a man in Luton.

Officers responded to complaints of an altercation involving two men and a woman on Humberstone Road soon after 6 p.m. on Sunday, according to Bedfordshire Police.

Emergency responders sent a man in his twenties to the hospital with critical injuries, and he was later pronounced dead. His next of kin are being assisted by specialised officers.

A 17-year-old boy and a girl were arrested on Monday, according to the police. One of the suspects was detained after investigators executed a search warrant at a Luton address.

Both are still in detention, awaiting questioning. Detective Inspector Adam Bridges stated, “We are working hard to determine the circumstances that led to this altercation and the death of a young man.

“Our investigation will continue and we are asking anyone who has information about the incident to come forward.”
