Riverside locals love many aspects of their community. However, throughout the years, they allege crime, narcotics, and fly-tipping have gotten out of control.
The night is falling outside the Cardiff Bangladesh Centre as a father tells the hushed throng inside about the times he had to weave past drug users lying on the street while driving his child to school.
The man addressing his fellow residents is one of several persons in Riverside that night who inform the gathering local councillors, authorities, and police officers about the issues they face on a regular basis in their community.
There is a pattern to some of the concerns that are rattled off, sometimes sequentially, sometimes all at once, as the frustration of the community’s condition begins to manifest.

As if those assembled to hear these worries needed any more confirmation that something needed to be done, a mouse was observed racing under a chair as one councillor tried to explain how they were attempting to control the situation.
