Crowborough land with homes consent up for auction

Crowborough land with homes consent up for auction.

A plot of property in Crowborough with planning permission for three dwellings is going up for auction later this month.

The rear of The Dingle in Crowborough Hill is one of 186 items featured across southern England in the latest auction held by Clive Emson Auctioneers, one of the UK’s top five property auction houses.

It has a freehold guide price of £250,000 or more at the firm’s auction, which concludes on Thursday, October 30. Senior Auction Appraiser Chris Milne stated:

“This plot of land is located in an established residential district of Crowborough, close to the town’s train station and other local amenities.

“This month, Wealden District Council granted planning approval for one detached and two semi-detached dwellings, each with three bedrooms.

“I am anticipating strong interest from builders and developers keen to get on with a project with one level of time-consuming red tape already removed from the equation.”

Clive Emson Auctioneers organises auctions eight times a year and provides specialist auction advise from offices in Essex, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, and the West Country.

They sell with skill, speed, and efficiency. Bidding for the current auction, the sixth this year, begins on Tuesday, October 28, and ends on Thursday, October 30.
