Evans Halshaw’s divisional marketing director, Julie Wallman, explains that disabled parking spaces provide secure and accessible transportation for individuals with limited mobility, whether for shopping, medical appointments or daily activities.
When drivers utilise these spots without a Blue Badge, it lowers the availability for those who truly require them.
“These figures show just how common this issue is across Bedford and the rest of the UK, and highlight the importance of keeping accessible spaces available, particularly as more people rely on mobility solutions to support independent living.”
