Caravans remain in Lancing six weeks after arrival

Caravans remain in Lancing six weeks after arrival.

Caravans stay on a residential road six weeks after being given notice to vacate. The trucks parked on Norton Road in Lancing on October 10 and have remained ever since.

West Sussex County Council said at the time that it was aware of the trailers and had issued a notice to the residents to remove the site.

Almost six weeks later, the caravans remain, and Adur District Councillor Steve Neocleous claims that their presence is “intimidating” people.
